Nestled in the absolute elegance of two magnificent private villas with breathtaking sea views, the retreat takes place in an environment entirely designed for your comfort.
The living spaces are open and bathed in natural light, inviting everyone to slow down, connect with one another, and together explore the answers to the questions you are certainly asking yourself in your life as a leader.
Every detail, every activity is thoughtfully designed to foster presence, respect, and meaningful connection among us.
You will be welcomed at Mykonos airport by a private chauffeur and driven directly to your villa.
You will settle into a double room, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom.
Dinners will take place by the pool with a private chef, or at carefully selected addresses in the town of Mykonos.
A day at sea is also planned.
Depending on the weather, this outing may be adapted or replaced — always in the same spirit: simplicity, beauty, and space to breathe.
Throughout the retreat, we will alternate between plenary moments of shared reflection and small-group conversations around selected themes: leadership, vision, decision-making, balance, transitions… and whatever naturally emerges.
